OPENING MEETING

Program: "Envisioning a Truly Inclusive Jewish Community"
Speakers: Kohenet Dr. Harriette E. Wimms is a Maryland licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in
providing compassion-infused mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, and families across
the age span. K'Harriette is a prayer leader in both the Kohenet community and Hinenu: The
Baltimore Justice Shtiebl, and is the inaugural Jews of Engagement Fellow within The Associated. A
rising Schusterman Fellow, Dr. Wimms is also the founder and executive director of the Jews of Color
Mishpacha Project as well as the organizations's signature JOCSM Shabbatonim (JOCMishpacha.org)
Tracie Guy-Decker (she/her/hers) is a Senior Partner with Joyous Justice, LLC, and co-creator and
co-host, with April Baskin, of the podcast "Jews Talk Racial Justice with April & Tracie." A native
Baltimorean, Tracie serves as the chair of BHC Justice, Baltimore Hebrew Congregation's Social
Justice Committee, and co-chair of the Baltimore Leadership Council of Jews United for Justice.
Tracie is an experienced educator and facilitator who convenes difficult ad essential conversations in
the Jewish community and beyond.
